Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our Indigenous-rooted footwear and services.

How do I determine my correct size?

Most of our mukluks and moccasins run true to size, but since natural materials stretch over time, we recommend sizing down if you are between sizes. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page.

What materials are used in Manitobah products?

We use high-quality natural materials including authentic suede, grain leather, and rabbit fur. Many of our outsoles are designed in collaboration with Vibram to ensure durability in harsh winter climates.

How should I care for my suede footwear?

We recommend treating your suede products with a non-silicone protector spray before first use. To clean, wait for mud to dry and gently brush away with a suede brush. Avoid submerging in water unless the product is specifically marked as waterproof.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Exchanges are free, while returns for a refund may be subject to a small shipping fee depending on your location.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within North America. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.

Are your products made by Indigenous artisans?

We are an Indigenous-owned company that works with Indigenous artists through our Storyboot School and various collaborations. While we use global manufacturing for scale, we ensure our designs and profits support Indigenous communities.
